Over the last 15 years, our following of surfers wanting to progress in confidence and skills in the water has grown hugely. Therefore, the programme and our offering has diversified and the dedicated roles in the team have evolved.
This role is well suited to an experienced coach who is already actively delivering sessions to a high standard in a progressive, holistic manner, with the desire to take a technical lead coaching our customers and facilitating the expansions and diversifying the skills of the coaching team. We’d like this role to contribute to a culture of fun, safe skill and knowledge building both, in and around the ocean.
It is a perfect position for an ambitious coach looking for a working life with variety, support and the opportunity to be involved in performance coaching, programme development as well as surf therapy work and community surf projects.
Your main responsibility will be leading the flawless running of the beach team, customer experience, and interactions with our collaborative partnerships.
The successful applicant will be a self starter with a track record of delivering exceptionally high standards. We are looking for someone who can join the team and help continue the tradition of elevating the different courses and private coaching experiences we offer and be an active part of the growth and innovation that has built a loyal bond with everyone who surfs with us.
