Surf Coach Safety and Rescue Techniques
Aquatic First Aid including Spinal Injury Rescue/Care Techniques
400m timed Pool Swim in under 8 minutes
100m Run, 100m Swim, 100m Run
Board Rescue
Tube Rescue
Open Water Swim Competency
How long is the qualification valid & how to renew
12 months from initial assessment or renewal date.
Within 3 months of expiry date with up to date evidence of resuscitation proficiency and a current pool swim competency of 400m in 8 minutes.
Pre-Requisites for the course

Completion of pre-course online learning content (available once registered onto course)
Timed Pool Swim of 400m in 8 mins.
Good level of fitness to perform run, swim, run exercise as well as rescue’s and scenarios.
